This is to bring your kind attention that an emergency maintenance work is planned on the SEA-ME-WE-4 International Cable System from 18th May 2018 to 24th May 2018 (Tentative) and during the maintenance window service may be interrupted.

Service Impact: Whole country will face full SMW4 outage and subsequently impact to the end users. You are supposed to get BW congestion, Packet loss and High Latency. But BBTSL is working to mitigate your sufferings during the activity period which is expected throughout the country. We are giving all efforts to provide you best support and service especially Facebook and Google. We are hopeful to provide you uninterrupted service. In worst case, you may face some minor QoS issues.

We will update you in this regard whenever we will get any. Our team will be available to assist you through the process and will share updates as and when available.

Requesting you to download your all mails from BBTSL webmail before 5.00 pm on date 09 April 2018. If you do not download your mails within 5.00 pm in that day (09 April 2018, Monday), then you must be lost your mails.

This is to bring your kind attention that an emergency maintenance work is planned on the SEA-ME-WE-4 International Cable System from 24th Oct 2017 to 27th Oct 2017 (Tentative) and during the maintenance window service may be interrupted.

We have taken measures to mitigate this by acquiring additional capacity on alternative routes. However, during the work a possible degradation of internet service may be experienced. We will be closely monitoring the impact and further measures will be taken to minimize the impact.

Whilst we are taking measures to reduce the impact on customers, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
